Dear mama,

thank you for being the MY mom. Thank you for always being the one to put on a show; marching around, cheering and singing about the child who picked up their shoes or who did the dishes... there's nothing greater. Thank you for our long car rides, where you or i go on about nothing for far too long & where i learn most of my life's lessons. Thank you for doing your mama duties & always making me feel like i'm the specialist girl out there, for inspiring me to make others feel the same way. 

Thanks for making me want to be just like you.
